Candy Shorts Price and Tokens: What Each Minute Costs in 2026

Candy sells one subscription, Premium, and its subscriptions page lays it out in three terms. I copied the numbers exactly as they appeared on September 24, 2026, in US dollars and before any local tax.

The payment step lists two more billing rhythms under the same plans: a payment every two weeks of $9.79 and a weekly payment of $5.60. Every line on that screen repeats the same two promises: you can cancel whenever you like, and the plan rolls over at the same price for the same length unless you do. A final line warns that local taxes may be added.

The benefits box under the plans is identical for all three terms: create your own AI girlfriends, generate 18+ videos and images, the full Live Action experience, unlimited text messages, and 100 tokens per month. Shorts is not listed as a separate benefit because it is not a separate product. For a Shorts viewer, the tokens are the part that matters.

Tokens: the currency behind episode three

Every locked episode in Candy’s episode list carries a lock state of premium and a token price. On September 24, 2026 there were exactly two prices in the whole library: 12 tokens on 106 series and 30 tokens on the 7 creator series. The button copy tells the rest. Guests see Upgrade to Unlock. Subscribers see Unlock Episode, and on series with several locks there is also an Unlock all premium episodes option. The unlock screen promises “Yours forever. No ads, no waiting,” which reads as a one-time purchase per episode rather than a rental.

A hundred tokens a month stretches reasonably on the standard shelf and not far at all on the creator shelf. At 12 tokens an episode you can open eight locked episodes a month and keep four tokens in change. At 30 you can open three and keep ten. Phone calls with characters, a beta feature on the chat side, draw on the same balance at three tokens a minute, so heavy chat users will find their Shorts budget shrinking.

Can you top up with extra tokens? Candy’s token store sits behind the login, and from outside I could not see pack sizes or prices, so I will not quote numbers I have not seen. What I can say is that the only place tokens come from is Candy’s own checkout.

What it costs to finish a series

One month of Premium therefore finishes two standard series with enough left for two more locked episodes, or one creator series with ten tokens to spare. The fifteen-episode runs are the budget breakers. At 156 tokens, YES MA’AM needs more than a month’s allowance on its own, and so do Mona’s Worst Enemy and Caught Between Sisters at the same length and price.

Per-minute math, with the assumptions showing

This is the number I wanted and could not find anywhere, so I worked it out. Two assumptions go in, and you should know both. First, I can only time free episodes, so I assume locked episodes run about as long as the free ones in the same series. Second, to turn tokens into dollars I load the whole subscription fee onto the 100 tokens and ignore everything else Premium includes. That makes the dollar figures a ceiling: the most a viewer who only watches Shorts could be paying.

On those terms, a standard episode averages 69 seconds for 12 tokens, roughly ten tokens per minute of footage. At the ceiling a token costs 14 cents on the monthly plan, 9 cents on the quarterly and 4 cents on the yearly. That puts a standard locked episode at $1.68, $1.08 or $0.48, and a minute of standard footage at about $1.45, $0.94 or $0.41.

The creator shelf is where the math turns interesting, because running times vary far more than the price does. Bonnie Blue is My Stepsister averages under a minute per free episode, so its 30-token episodes work out to about 30 tokens a minute. Under Her Watch averages 96 seconds, which brings the same price down to about 19 tokens a minute. Same shelf, same price, a third less per minute. If you are going to pay the creator premium, pay it where the episodes run long.

The whole library, priced

For completeness I added up every lock on every open series listed on this site. Finishing all 88 of them would take 302 locked episodes and 3,840 tokens: 3,480 on the standard shelf and 360 on the creator shelf. At 100 tokens a month that is more than three years of Premium allowance, without a single phone call or image request. Nobody should try, and the number is not meant as a goal. It is a reminder that Premium’s monthly tokens are sized for sampling a handful of stories, not for binge-finishing a catalog, and that picking which series to finish is the real skill.

Plans compared per token

The same ceiling logic as above applies: these figures treat the whole fee as the price of the tokens. Anyone who also chats, calls or generates images is paying less than this for Shorts, because the fee is doing several jobs at once.

A month of tokens, spent the way I would spend it

Here is a real plan for 100 tokens, using series I cover. Finish My Neighbor’s Husband Works Nights! for 36 tokens and The Maid My Wife Hired for another 36. That leaves 28, enough for two locked episodes of Talia Undercover at 12 each, with four tokens left to forget about. Three stories, two of them complete, about eight minutes of locked footage on top of the free pairs if the locked episodes run like the free ones, and not a single creator episode in the basket. Swap either finished series for a creator run and you get one story instead of two.

The fine print that bites

• Renewal is automatic, at the price and length you signed up for, until you cancel. The terms reserve the right to raise prices and say increases will be communicated.
• You cancel from Settings, under Unsubscribe, and access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
• Unused tokens expire when a cancelled subscription ends, and they do not carry over if you subscribe again later.
• Plan changes, up or down, take effect at the start of the next billing cycle rather than immediately.
• Local taxes may be added on top of the listed price.

The token expiry is the one that catches people. If you cancel with forty tokens in the bank, spend them before the period runs out, because they will not survive it.

Who bills you

Candy’s terms of service name the operator as EverAI Limited, a company registered in Malta with an address in Santa Venera. Nobody at Candy has charged me for this log, so I cannot show you the exact line that appears on a card statement. If you see EverAI on a statement instead of Candy, it is the same company. The terms also describe a right of withdrawal, exercised by writing to Candy’s support address, which is worth knowing if you ever subscribe by accident.

When paying makes sense, and when it doesn’t

I would pay for one month if the free pairs of three or more series made me want episode three, because a month of tokens covers two standard series end to end. I would pay for a year only if chat or image generation is part of the appeal: the yearly price is a bargain per month but a commitment up front, and Shorts alone will not use a year of tokens well at the current release pace. I would not pay at all on the strength of a single creator series, since at 30 tokens an episode one creator run eats nine tenths of a month’s allowance.

The quarterly plan is the awkward middle child. At $26.97 up front it costs more than two monthly payments and less than three, it gives you 300 tokens over its term, and it suits exactly one kind of viewer: someone who already knows, from the free pairs, that there are six or seven series they want to finish. If that is you, the quarter is the cheapest way to do it without committing to a year. If you are still deciding, the single month is the honest choice, and the calendar reminder to cancel is the most valuable tool you own.

And I would never pay a third party for access. Resellers, shared logins and anything that promises Candy tokens off Candy’s site are how accounts get banned and cards get skimmed.
