Why this site has no star ratings

Most review sites put five stars on every product they cover and never explain where the stars come from. On an adult product that practice is worse than useless. Nobody leaves honest public reviews of adult series, the ratings that do exist are easy to game, and my personal taste is no better a guide than yours. So the five little frames under every cover on this site are not a rating at all. They are a Frame Score: a value index that uses nothing but things I can measure on Candy’s own pages and files, with fixed weights you can check and argue with.

The question it answers is narrow on purpose: for what Candy charges, how much can you see before paying, and how much will finishing cost? It does not answer whether a series is good. That part is yours.

The five ingredients

The price component scales with the inverse of the lock price, so a 30-token creator series earns 0.6 of the 1.5 available. Free running time scales in a straight line up to three minutes, so a pair of two minutes earns 1.0. Free share compares the free episodes with the whole series, with two free out of five as the full-marks benchmark, which leaves a fifteen-episode series with two free episodes holding just a third of that point. The two bonuses are all or nothing. Add the five parts and you get a number between zero and five, which I show to two decimals in the log and round to the nearest half frame under the covers.

A worked example

Take My Neighbor’s Husband Works Nights!, top of the table on September 24, 2026. Its locks cost 12 tokens, which earns the full 1.5. Its free pair runs 2:15, three quarters of the three-minute benchmark, which earns about 1.12. Two of its five episodes are free, the benchmark itself, so it earns the full 1.0. It wears the New Episodes badge for another 0.5, and it is not a creator series, so it earns nothing there. Total: 4.12, shown as 4.0 frames.

Now YES MA’AM, which I like more. It also locks at 12 tokens for the full 1.5 and runs a similar free pair of 2:15 for about 1.13. It also wears the badge. But it runs fifteen episodes with only two free, so its free share earns a third of a point instead of a full one. Total: 3.46. That gap is the index working as designed. YES MA’AM costs 156 tokens to finish against 36 for the neighbor series, and the score says so.

Five fresh series lead the ranking, and they lead for the same reason: standard price, a two-free-of-five structure, a free pair past the two-minute mark, and the New Episodes bonus. In order they were My Neighbor’s Husband Works Nights!, Claimed by the Dragon Queen, The Maid My Wife Hired, Date With My Stepmom and My First Night Shift, all between four and four point one five. Right behind them, tied at exactly four, come three series with no badge that make up the difference on running time: Mona’s Obsession, Talia Undercover and Stepmom Summer Fling, each with a free pair near or past three minutes.

That shape tells you something useful about Candy’s catalog. The badge is worth half a point, and the only way an older series can match a fresh one is to max out its free running time. Series with three-minute free pairs are the best value in the library whether or not anything about them is new.

The bottom of the table, and why it isn’t a verdict

The lowest scores belong to three kinds of series. Long runs with a small free share sit at the bottom: Caught Between Sisters and Mona’s Worst Enemy both run fifteen episodes, so the free-share component gives each of them only a third, and they land around three. Creator series with short free pairs come next: My Wife’s Best Friend combines the creator price with a free pair under two minutes and scores 3.08. And a few standard series with very short free pairs, such as My Best Friend’s Mom Has One Rule at 1:38, lose most of the running-time component.

None of that makes them bad series. Mona’s Worst Enemy is one of the livelier scripts in the library, and a long run is exactly what some viewers want. The low score means only that you get less free footage per token of commitment, and it should send you to the free pair before you spend.

How the scores spread

Across the 88 scored series the index is not generous. Only eight score four or more, fifty-eight land between three and a half and four, twenty-one fall between three and three and a half, and one drops below three. The median is 3.6. Rounded to half frames, that means most covers on this site show three and a half, a quarter show four, and a small handful show three. If you see four frames, the series is genuinely near the top on value.

Nobody gets five frames

Under Candy’s current pricing a perfect score is impossible, and that is worth understanding before you wonder why nothing tops out. A standard series can earn at most 4.5: full marks on price, running time and free share, plus the badge, but no licensing bonus because it is not a creator series. A creator series can earn at most 4.1: the licensing bonus, but only 0.6 of the price component because every creator episode locks at 30 tokens. The two ceilings are different on purpose. The index rewards value, and on Candy the creator premium is a cost you pay for the name, not a discount.

If Candy ever cut the creator price or released a creator series with a longer free share, the ceiling would move and the table would show it on the next survey.

What the score deliberately ignores

• Quality. Writing, performances and production values are not measurable from the files, so they are not in the score.
• Explicitness. How frank a series is has its own ranking on the spicy series page, and it would be a mistake to treat more explicit as more valuable.
• Popularity. The numbers on creator lobby cards are unlabeled, and there is no public view count for series.
• My taste. I have favorites, and they appear in the verdicts, never in the arithmetic.

Known weaknesses

The index has blind spots, and you should know them before you trust it. Locked episodes cannot be timed from outside, so a series whose free pair is short but whose later episodes run long is underrated. The free-share component rewards short series, which is fair on value and unfair on ambition. The New Episodes bonus is temporary by nature, so a series can lose half a point between surveys without changing at all. And the licensing bonus is a judgment call: I think a creator’s name and chat profile are worth something, and I set that something at half a point. You may disagree, and the component table above lets you strip it out.

Login-only series are not scored at all. With no episode list visible to guests, there is nothing to put into the formula, and a guessed score would be worse than none.

How to use it with the log

The score is one column in the log, not a substitute for it. My own routine is to sort by Frame Score, read down the top twenty, and then re-sort the ones that interest me by Cues or Free run depending on my mood. The score finds good value; the other columns find the kind of series I actually want tonight. When the two disagree, I trust the free pair, because two minutes of watching beat any number I can compute.

Ties, rounding and updates

Scores are computed to two decimals, and ties are broken alphabetically in the grid below, which is arbitrary and deliberately boring. Under the covers the score is rounded to the nearest half frame, so a 3.73 shows as three and a half frames and a 3.87 as four. Every score is recalculated from scratch on each survey date, from that day’s prices, badges and running times, so a series that gains a badge or changes its price moves the same day the log does.
