What to write about
- Corrections: a clock, count or price that no longer matches Candy.
- Series I have missed, or series that have left Candy.
- Questions about how something on this site is measured.
What I can’t help with
I am not Candy. I cannot reset passwords, refund subscriptions, restore tokens or unlock episodes. For anything to do with your Candy account or billing, contact Candy’s support team through the Help Center link in Candy’s own menu. Candy’s terms list its support address for cancellations and withdrawal requests.
Please don’t send personal details you would not want stored in an ordinary mailbox, and never send payment information.
